Taking the PE civil water resources and environmental exam soon, and I am currently in the Testmasters class. I was thinking of just getting the practice problems book possibly. level 1. The only books I would consider adding are a hydraulics textbook and an environmental engineering textbook. level 1. The practice exam is essentially half an exam. So i gave myself 2 hours to do the first half, took a 30 minute break and then did the second half for another 2 hours.
